- How do I purchase international products or pay for project fees?
Customers pay Expedient Trade. All purchase orders & payments to international/domestic suppliers are handled by Expedient Trade, LLC. We will also manage delivery logistics and provide you with quotes for freight, import tariffs and customs fees. Expedient Trade will charge an upfront sourcing or manufactuirng project management fee. We take project managment seriously. We strive to ensure all projects operate within both time and finacial budgets. Product development and manufacturing are ever changing processes. The ordering process is very similar to buying products within the USA. However, lead times are generally longer (30-60 days, or more). New launch manufacturing projects can take longer (4 to 6 months or more).
- How do I know I'm getting the best price?
Since Expedient Trade works in the best interest for you, the customer, we will locate price quotes from multiple sources (in different countries if necessary). In addition to comparing price, we will locate the best quality product (or factory) for a good price with a reasonable delivery time. Generally, quick delivery times and product quality are harder to achieve than lower prices. For this reason, we look for all three pieces when doing price comparisons.
